The Technical Institute is located on three (3) acres of land in Non Pareil Park, Wool Ford Avenue, Georgetown. This land was donated to the Georgetown Town Council by Mr. Quintin Hogg, a former sugar plantation proprietor and well-known English Philanthropist. The building was completed in July, 1951 and provided over thirty three thousand (33,000) square feet floor space with six workshops and seven classrooms.
